Our Story
A family kitchen, opened to the neighborhood.
Phở Lê Vy began with a recipe handed down from grandmother to mother to daughter — a broth that takes a full day to coax flavor from the bone, and a love of feeding people that goes back generations.

From Saigon to Porterville
A taste of home, here in California.
We opened our doors on North Main Street with a single goal: serve the kind of Vietnamese food we grew up eating. Nothing flashy. Just real, honest cooking — the way Grandma did it.
Today, our small kitchen feeds neighbors, travelers, families, and first-timers learning what real phở tastes like. Every bowl is built to order. Every herb hand-picked. Every guest treated like family.
We're proud to be a women-owned and Asian-owned business, and proud to make our space welcoming to everyone who walks through the door.
